Interested in trying a class? Our classes are listed below or click on the schedule link to our scheduling page where you can register. Find a class time that works for you and ‘enroll’. Once you have submitted your information, you will receive a “Free Trial Week”.

Monday- Friday: Boot Camp at 9:30PM

Tuesday & Thursday: Boot Camp at 6:45PM

Wednesday: CORE at 9:30

Wednesday & Saturday: HIIT at 5:45AM
