Boot Camp

This 60-minute class is a functional, total body workout. Each class includes stretching, cardio and strength training. Classes are taught at a moderate level with modifications for beginners.

New to fitness? Need a reboot? Our BEGINNER BOOT CAMP is designed to meet you at your starting point. With low impact, form-focused functional moves, we take the first step towards improved health TOGETHER.

CORE

This mat-based class combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, and yoga to help you increase over all muscle tone, flexibility and function with the use of hand weights, resistance balls and bands.

HIIT

Our high-intensity interval training, is all-out, one hundred percent effort. Quick, intense bursts of exercise are followed by short active recovery periods. Get ready to get your heart pumping!

Run Club

Come see why our Run Club is our most popular program year after year. Whether you’re training for a specific running goal such as a 5K, 10K, or a half marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run-training program, we provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve. Each week, you’ll receive email support, accountability and progress check ins.
