A boot camp like no other…

At MyBalance, each week is carefully designed to ensure that we work every muscle- even the ones you try so hard to avoid when you are left to work out on your own. Every day, we focus on a different muscle group with a different approach (we like to confuse your muscles). 

Each class is taught at a moderate to hard intensity level with options for women still working on form and mind-to-muscle communication.
